I downloaded some different version of genetec video player to run on windows 10, but none of them was executed, How can I fix this problem? Is it really true genetec video player cannot run on windows 10? (Genetec used on my system is 5.5 SR3) Gratefully.     • From the Home page, click Files, and then select a G64 video file.
  2. Click Download and then click Genetec™ Video Player.
  3. Download the Genetec™ Video Player install package.
  4. Double-click or select the GenetecVideoPlayer.exe installer .exe file and click RUN.
